NEW DELHI: Samsung Electronics Office recently announced the winner of the ‘Do the Unbelievable Challenge’ competition which took place across Samsung’s social media platforms in Sri Lanka. The competition challenged consumers to complete five fun tasks that could only be done with a galaxy Note 4. Yohan Andrew Demotte emerged the winner of the competition and was presented with a galaxy Note 4 by Youngmin Shin, the Managing Director of Samsung in Sri Lanka.

As part of the competition, contestants had to take a wide-angle Selfie with the galaxy Note 4 without touching the phone and thereafter compare it to a Selfie taken by another Smartphone.  For the second task, contestants had to multitask with the galaxy Note 4 by playing a video and opening a website at the same time. The third task focused on the S-Pen feature which contestants used to collect and share five different images, quickly and easily.  For the fourth task, contestants had to use the Smart Move feature to select non-consecutive images for sharing or deletion. For the final task, contestants had to position the Live Display Unit (LDU) on the Photo Note Kit, click a marked area and edit it.

Hundreds of contestants participated in the challenge which began at demo stations that were set up at prominent locations across Colombo. At each demo station, contestants had the opportunity to participate in the challenge by completing the five tasks. Each contestant also had to nominate others to participate in the challenge whilst simultaneously increasing the amount of likes for their Selfie on social media. The contestants who successfully completed all five tasks and received the most amounts of likes for their selfies were selected as the winner and runners-up of the competition.
