Samsung expands its Galaxy Tab series with launch of new tablet Galaxy Tab 3V, priced at Rs 10,600

NEW DELHI: Samsung has expanded its Galaxy Tab series with the launch of a new tablet – Galaxy Tab 3V – priced at Rs 10,600. The new tablet has been listed on the company’s official website and is expected to go on sale soon.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3V runs Android 4.4 KitKat skinned with the company’s TouchWiz OS and features a 7-inch WSVGA (1024x600p) LCD display.

Powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor and 1GB RAM, the tablet has 8GB of internal storage and supports microSD cards of up to 32GB. Galaxy Tab 3V packs a 3600mAh battery, sports a 5MP primary camera but lacks a front facing camera.

The tablet also supports 3G data via sim card. On the connectivity front, it also supports Wi-Fi, GPS, Glonass, Bluetooth 4.0, and microUSB.
