SEOUL: Samsung’s another device gets the Lollipop update. Samsung smartphone, the Galaxy S4 LTE-A (GT-I9506), is being updated to the latest version of Android, what’s notable about the Lollipop update for this device is the fact that it is already available in three different regions (Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Germany), though maybe that’s not so impressive considering the Galaxy S4 LTE-A was never that widely available in the first place.

The update has a common build number for all three countries (I9506XXUDOA6), and is based on Android 5.0.1 like the Lollipop update that has rolled out for other Samsung devices. Users can upgrade their Galaxy S4 LTE-A using Kies right now, or wait for the OTA notification to show up. Advanced users can also download the firmware for their respective region from our firmware section and upgrade manually.
