Sargodha ASO seizes non duty paid ladies suits

SARGODHA: The Anti Smuggling Organization (ASO) Sargodha has impounded smuggled ladies suits printed in different colours. The market value of the seized cloth is Rs3,00,000 involving duty taxes Rs, 13,46,280 besides confiscated carrier Toyota Corolla car worth Rs12,00,000.

Sources told Customs Today, that ASO team comprising Muhammad Javed Mehmood (superintendent),  Malik Atif (inspector), Afzal Hussain, Liaquat Ali, Israr Ahmad, Muhammad Ashraf, Haffiz Naseer Ahmad (sepoys ) intercepted a Toyota Corolla car bearing registration no: PT-051 and seized ladies suits near police Station city Chiniot.

The ASO team asked driver of the car who was identified as Syed Bilal  Shah son of Tufail Shah to produce legal documents regarding possession of items but he remained failed to produce the same.
