Saudi Customs organizes a workshop on the application list functionality mechanism

RIYADH: General Customs Authority held on Wednesday 14 th / 8/1438 AH workshop entitled “Application of the list of job performance mechanism” with the participation of specialists from the employees of the Ministry of Trade and Investment and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology , and with the participation of specialists from the employees of the General Customs Department and that the main building of the General Customs Department Hall No. (3). It began the workshop speech of HE Mr. Saud Al Sewailem General Counsel and supervisor of the Directorate General of Human Resources interests of the General Customs in which he welcomed all the participants in the workshop, and he said: this workshop an advanced step in human resources management program in the shift towards the concept of management and human resources development comes as according to the program of King Salman for human resources development and under the umbrella of the Kingdom’s vision 2030, which aims to transform the departments through which personnel in government sectors to the concept of development and management of human resources. Suwailem added that the focus of this workshop will be on the assessment and management functionality, which represents one of the most important elements of the objectives of human resources management program, which now comes a different mechanism for the mechanisms that had worked in the past, where based management and evaluation of job performance new in its own way to link staff performance with organizations that are working out strategies, stressing his happiness that the expected results of the application that will be featured on the results of the General customs Department level and at the level of the national economy completely.

Then the activities of the first session began offering a number of working papers included a working paper on the Ministry of Trade and investment experience in the management and evaluation of job performance, presented by Mr. Abdullah Alersahan Director of Training and Development at the Ministry of Trade and Investment Management. As Prof. Mohsen Abu numismatic and Mr. Yousef Al-Ghamdi participants from the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and a similar working paper. The second session included the submission of a further working paper from the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, presented by Mr. Saud Hugail, Director General of the Ministry of Human Resources Management. The final session of the workshop included a presentation on the general human resources management interests of the General Customs, the meeting also included at the end to put forward visions and questions from the participants and the participants in the workshop.
