Saudi Falcon Vigen delegation visits ICCI

ISLAMABAD: Mohammad Tariq Ghous, President of Falcon Vigen Investment Company Saudi Arabia, expressed his willingness for investing in Pakistan during a meeting with acting President Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) Engr. Azhar ul Islam Zafary. Accompanied by Mohammad Tashfeen, Country Head Pakistan, Ghous praised the investment-friendly environment in the country and appreciated the Pakistan government’s initiatives to attract foreign investment.

Ghous commended the country’s peaceful atmosphere and the government’s efforts to promote economic stability through foreign investments.

Earlier, acting President ICCI Engr. Azhar ul Islam Zafar welcomed the delegation and highlighted potential investment areas in the country, including mines and mineral sectors. He said that the country’s youth is not only blessed with all the needed technology but is equally enthusiastic to serve the country for economic betterment.

On his part Zafar Bakhtawari, former President ICCI and Secretary General United Business Group, expressed Pakistan’s love and unwavering support for Saudi Arabia.

He also made mention of ICCI’s initiatives, including plans for a modern hospital, international university, industrial estate, and state-of-the-art expo center.

Bakhtawari also highlighted ICCI President Ahsan Zafar Bakhtawari’s efforts to serve the business community, including installing water filtration plants and providing educational resources like computers and lab equipment etc. in the duty of his corporation’s social responsibility.

Those present in the meeting also include Rizwan Chheena, Chaudhry Maqsood Tabish, Afraz Sial, Zarif Khan, Chaudhry Waseem, Kh. Meer ul Hassan and others.
