SBP to announce new monetary policy on May 5

KARACHI: The State Bank of Pakistan will announce its new monetary policy on May 5. The business community and economic experts anticipate a reduction in interest rates.

A meeting of the Monetary Policy Committee will be held on Monday at the central bank under the chairmanship of State Bank Governor Jameel Ahmad, where the committee will decide on the interest rate.
