KARACHI: State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has waived the condition of 100 percent cash margin on import of goods falling under HS Codes 6310.9000 and 9506.9912.
The SBP decided to waive the condition of 100 percent cash market requirement on import made via HS Codes, including 6310.9000 (blanket & traveling rugs) and 9506.9912 (football bladder).
The SBP imposed 100 percent cash margin on 404 items on February 24, 2017 in order to discourage import of unnecessary and luxurious goods.
