KARACHI: The liquid foreign exchange reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) have decreased by $48 million to $12,517 million during the week ending May 1, 2015, as compared to $12,565 million in the previous week.
According to the central bank, the country’s total liquid foreign reserves were recorded at $17,690.1 million during the corresponding period. The foreign reserves held by the bank stood at $12,517.3 million, net foreign reserves held by banks are $5,172.8 million, thus the total liquid foreign reserves are $17,690.1 million.
