The application was prepared under the supervision of Investigation and Prosecution Assistant Collector Tahir Iqbal Khattak and Superintendent Zargham Dil with the consultation of the case incharge and lawyers.

It may be mentioned here that the Supreme Court had admitted the appeal against the Sindh High Court (SHC) decision but didi not issued a stay order. On the other hand, the Interior Ministry is bound to remove the Ayyan’s name from the ECL following the SHC orders within 10 days which are going to end on Thursday.

After removal of the name, the Customs could not restrain her form going abroad but if the court issues a stay order, she could not leave the country.

A three-member bench headed by the chief justice will hear the case.
