SCCI President Mansoor Ahmed for implementing STPF 2015-18

SIALKOT: Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) President Mansoor Ahmed has said that the export sector is facing hardships due to non implementation on Strategic Trade Policy Framework (STPF) 2015-18.

Ahmed said that the government should force the departments concerned to implement the policy without any delay. The government should not create hurdles in the export process but try to give facilities to exporters.

He appreciated that the clearance of stuck up refunds up to Rs 5 million. He also said that the custom department should clear all faults in WeBOC system so the export process will be run smoothly. He said the exporters were not facing problems at the Model Customs Collectorate, Sialkot.

Export sector was the backbone of the country and it should be promoted at all levels in order to strengthen the national economy.
