LAHORE: Supreme Court of Pakistan Lahore bench has approved the bail of an accused who was arrested by the Anti-Narcotics Force.
Mr. Justice Nasir ul Mulak and Mr. Justice Ijaz Chaudary accepted bail of an accused who was allegedly involved in possessing of narcotics. The Anti-Narcotics Court claimed that accused was arrested due to having 300 grams of drugs but could not prove it in the court.
In Supreme Court of Pakistan investigation officer of ANF accepted that they did not recovered narcotics from the accused. The Court released him on bail.
