Second Secretary Haider reinstated

ISLAMABAD: Haider Abbas, an Inland Revenue Service officer of BS-17, has been exonerated from the allegations and reinstated to service with immediate effect.

As per details, the disciplinary proceedings were initiated against the officer, posted as Second Secretary (IRS/BS-17), FBR (HQ) under the Government Servants (Efficiency & Discipline) Rules, 1973 vide Charge Sheet and Statement of Allegations dated 05-04-2016 on the charges of “inefficiency” and “misconduct” within the meaning of Rule 2 read with Rule 3(a)&(b) of the Government Servants (Efficiency & Discipline) Rules, 1973.
