ISLAMABAD: Former Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) chairman Khalid Mirza, in a special session, has advised the SECP officers to adopt a strict code of behaviour and remain uncompromisingly honest, bold, firm, discerning and incorruptible.
Mirza told the officers if they really want their organisation to be a true and effective regulator of the capital market, they must follow these advices.
Earlier, the SECP’s former chairmen, Shamim Ahmed Khan and Dr Tariq Hassan had addressed such sessions.
SECP Chairman Zafar Hijazi announced that the SECP would keep inviting eminent personalities to benefit from their wisdom.
