ISLAMABAD: Federal Services Tribunal (FST) Judge Muhammad Rafique on Monday heard two cases filed by Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) employees, who stated that the revenue board had not provided them any relief in violation of court orders.
Two petitioners, Sardar Ali Khawaja and Syed Ghulam Abbass Kazmi, had pleaded before the court to direct the FBR authorities to implement court’s orders for their promotion and incentives.
The court linked both the cases and sought a reply from the FBR authorities on the issue. The court adjourned the hearing of the case until October 26, as the FBR counsels were not present in the court.
