Shares of GWB common stock to be offered at public offering price of $21.50 per share

CANBERRA: Great Western Bancorp, Inc. announced that National Australia Bank Limited, through a subsidiary, has increased the number of existing common shares in the offering of GWB shares from the initial 18 million to 20 million common shares.

The shares of GWB common stock will be offered at public offering price of $21.50 per share.Subject to customary closing conditions, the offering is expected to close on Wednesday. NAB’s ownership stake in GWB common stock will be reduced from 39,486,114 shares, or 68.2 percent, to 19,486,114 shares, or 33.7 percent.
