SHC adjourns Bol’s case for next hearing till June 25

KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) adjourned the hearing in the case of Bol Media Group, a sister company of Axact till June 25.

Earlier, during the hearing the Customs Intelligence and Investigation’s officials including Nazir who was appointed as commissioner in the case by the SHC were present in the court.

Nazir presented his verified report regarding the foreign equipments, imported by Bol, which he himself prepared on the court’s directives after visiting the Bol offices situated on Korangi Creek Road in Karachi along with the officials of Customs Intelligence and Investigation a few days back.

During the hearing, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in their statement said that they had no documents regarding the equipment’s import.

The next hearing of the case will be held on June 25.
