SHC appellate bench orders release of oil tanker

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court has ordered release of an oil tanker allegedly used in smuggling activities.

The order was issued by an appellate bench comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Yousuf Ali Sayeed. Sher Jan, owner of the oil tanker moved the court through Zia-ul-Hasan advocate making the Collector Customs, Hyderabad as respondent. The petitioner has sought the implementation of order passed by Special Customs Appellate Tribunal in his favour.
