KARACHI: The Sindh High Court has ordered Customs’ Anti-Smuggling Organisation to release a Toyota Surf (model 1993) after fulfilment of all legal formalities.
A SHC appellate bench, comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Arshad Hussain Khan, issued the orders the other day. During the hearing, the counsel for ASO, which detained the vehicle, submitted that vehicle has been brought to the court premises in compliance of order passed by the bench on earlier hearing.
The bench after hearing Ms Dil Khurram Shaheen advocate, counsel for petitioner Habib-ur-Rahman ordered release of the vehicle after fulfilling all legal formalities and securing guarantee.
