SHC appellate bench tags dozen of identical appeals for April 27 hearing

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court has suspended order passed by a single judge and tagged dozens of appeals along with identical appeals, which would be heard on April 27.

The SHC appellate bench, comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Arshad Hussain Khan, was hearing High Court appeals filed by Federal Board of Revenue & others versus M/s. Hantex, Umari Spinnign Textile Mills, Aziz Tabba Foundation, Sapphire Textile Mills Ltd, Kamal Hosiery Mills and others.
