The Hon’ble Judges bring with them vast experience in commercial and regulatory disputes and have delivered numerous landmark judgments that have significantly influenced the legal landscape.

The establishment of these separate Company Benches at the Sindh High Court marks a significant step towards early resolution of cases pertaining to company matters and regulatory affairs.

It is noteworthy that the Lahore High Court, Islamabad High Court, Peshawar High Court and High Court of Balochistan have already constituted separate Company Benches.

The Chief Justices of the respective High Courts are mandated under Sub Section (4) of Section 5 of the Companies Act, 2017 to constitute one or more Company Benches, having exclusive original jurisdiction to adjudicate matters relating to companies and regulatory affairs.
