Earlier, the counsel for the petitioner stated that petitioner is a manufacture and sells plastic goods such as droppers spoons, package caps, trays containers with caps, rings, syringes, spatulas, jars, dispensers and others products and paying all liabilities regularly. However, the respondents issued a show cause notice to the petitioner and suspended his sales tax registration illegally.

Citing the FBR chairman, chief commissioner Regional Tax Office – III, commissioner IR Zone – III Regional Tax Office – III and others as respondents, the petitioner pleaded the SHC to set aside impugned suspension notice and restore the sales tax registration.
