KARACHI: The Sindh High Court on Wednesday adjourned the hearing of K-Electric’s Multi-Year Tariff (MYT) petitions to December 10, as industrial consumers challenged NEPRA’s revised MYT, which imposes a retrospective fuel cost adjustment of Rs. 28 billion from FY24.

The industrial petitioners argued that the retrospective adjustment places an unmanageable financial burden on businesses whose accounts for the year had already been finalized.
