The bench refusing to entertain the verbal challenge to the letter sought objections in writing by the respondent side. The bench allowing time put further hearing till Dec 14.

The counsel for petitioner pointed out that still 25-30 consignments are stuck up at which the bench asked the respondent officials to submit details of all consignments pending release by next date of hearing.
