SHC division bench fixes soap case hearing on Friday

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court has fixed hearing of a constitution petition filed by M/s Shazak Multinational and Ors, importers of toilet soap for Friday.

A SHC division bench, comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Yousuf Ali Saeed, bench earlier expressed disappointment over delay in release of detained consignments after Ghulamullah Shaikh advocate of Franklin Law Associates informed the bench that custom officials have released the consignments against which GD’s have been filed while continue to detain consignments brought under Bill of Landing.
