SHC issues notice on SRB’s appeal challenging appellate tribunal’s order

KARACHI: A n Sindh High Court appellate bench issued notice to Pak Burhani Investment Company for an unspecified date.

The appellate bench, headed by Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi, issued notice on the appeal filed by Sindh Revenue Board challenging an order passed by the Appellate tribunal which ruled in favour of the respondent.
