SHC orders provisional release of 10 LED light consignments

KARACHI: A Sindh High Court appellate bench has ordered provisional release of at least 10 consignments of LED lights giving the benefit of section 81 to the importers.

The bench, comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Omar Sial, earlier in CP 5049 of 2017 has ordered provisional release of LED lights while fixing the hearing of the main case and identical matters on Sept 19.
