SHC orders release of consignments in different cases

KARACHI: A Singh High Court appellate bench has heard a dozen of identical petitions and ordered release of the consignments as per rule of consistency in different cases.

The appellate bench, comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Omar Sial, heard the cases, in which the petitioners sought release of consignments detained by Pakistan Customs on ground that import of the items in dispute is importable under license from DRAP.
