KARACHI: Sindh High Court of (SHC) has ordered to release of a trawler against payment of fine etc.
An appellate bench of comprising Justic Munib Akhtar and Justice Yousuf Ali Sayeed. The bench earlier perused a report by the Nazir in a constitution petition filed by on Munawwar Hussain, owner of the vehicle alleged to have been used in a smuggling case.
According to the report, the vehicle was in custody of the Nazir as ordered by the court. It was also confirmed that the petitioner has paid the amount of fine imposed by the Custom authorities.
The bench after perusing the report allowed release of the vehicle to the owner being his sole source of income.
