The SHC CJ remarked that the way you (Imtiaz Ruk) are doing investigation was enough to end your job. ‘’Have you paid visit to the land on which you are investigating,’’ the justice remarked.

Ruk stated that he had paid the visit to the land along with script.  The justice asked: ‘’How many trees have been planted on the land and where is forest department’s register?’’

The court directed the Investigation Officer (IO) Imtiaz Ruk to submit memo on which investigation’s record is written.  ‘’You do not have right to be NAB’s IO, in the way you are investigating; even a police constable can do proper investigation, ’’ the justice said. The bench sought a progress report from NAB against accused Ghulam Mustafa and others till 15 May.
