During the hearing the court was informed by officials of the National Highway Authority (NHA) that 2 toll plazas including 1 on the Hyderabad Bypass and other on the Super Highway were collecting toll tax from the motorists.

However, both were located in the proximity of around 5 kilometres, the officials informed while responding to the bench.  While ordering the NHA to submit further details about the toll plazas as well as the construction of a building near the highway, the court adjourned the hearing to Nov 16.
