The SCRA’s involved an alleged evasion of Rupees 261,815,200.

According to details, the applicants imported telecommunication equipment and filed Goods Declaration. The consignment was out of charge when the Directorate of Intelligence and Investigations intervened and withheld the same while a notice was issued on 12-7-2013 under section 26 of Customs Act 1969.
