SHC to hear 110 custom, income tax cases on Monday

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday will take up more than 110 cases related to custom and income tax matters.

According to the roster, a division bench, headed by Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Muhammad Junaid Ghaffar will hear customs and income tax related cases, including those which were filed by International Power Global Development Ltd, M/s Muller & Phipps Pakistan Ltd, Dalda Food (Pvt) Ltd, M/s KASB Capital Ltd, M/s Bawany Metal Limited Co, M/s. N. H. Pesticides Group International, Bilal Ahmed, M/s Pak Telecom Mobile, Abdul Jabbar, Ebrahim Sutteria, M/s Diamond Metal, Naeem Sajid and Ors, Premier System(Pvt)Ltd, Syed Jawaid Haider Kazmi, M/s First Grindlays Modaraba Standarad Co, M/s Arabian Sea Enterprises Ltd, Engro Asahi Polymer and others, Pakistan Cables Ltd Karachi, Amanullah Khan and others, M/s Arabian Sea Enterprises Ltd, and others.

Another division bench, comprising Justice Munib Akhter and Justice Saeeduddin Nasir will hear customs and income tax related cases including those which were filed by IR Zone-I commissioner, IR commissioner, Fauji Oil Terminal and Distribution, M/s ALIEL ,M/s A. Saadat & Co, M/s Al-Hamza Commodities and others , Al – Meezan, Investment Management, United Arab Shipping Agency, RIAA BARKAT GILLETTE, Muhammad Mubin Jumani, Haji Liaquat Ali, M/s Philips Morris (Pakistan) Ltd, M/s Madina Traders and others.
