SHC to hear 90 customs, income tax cases on Thursday

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Thursday will take up more than 90 cases related to custom and income tax.

According to the roster, a division bench, headed by Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Abdul Malik Gaddi will hear customs and income tax related cases filed by Adnan Ahmed, Customs Intelligence additional director, Inland Revenue (IR) commissioner, Ghulam Muhammad and others, Muhammad Asif Moteen, Muhammad Iqbal, M/s Afzal & Anwar Associates, Qasim International Container Terminal, GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan (Private) Limited, The Pharmaceutical (Private) Limited, The Searle Co, Wyeth Pakistan (Private) Limited, M/s Icon Pharmaceutical, Dewan Textile Mills Limited, Medies Laboratories (Private) Limited, M/s Aisha Steel Mills, Mehran Sugar Mills, SSGC LTD, Ma/a Check and Watch, Continental Biscuits Limited and others.
