Interior Ministry, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and others have been nominated in the case. The court accepted the petition and fixed January 9 as the date for hearing the plea seeking immediate withdrawal of model’s name from the list. Referee Judge Naimatullah Phulpoto will hear the case. It should be noted that Ayyan Ali was arrested on March 14, 2015 on charges of money laundering after customs officials had recovered over US 500,000 dollars from her luggage at Islamabad airport before she could reportedly board a flight to Dubai.
