KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday will take up more than 25 cases related to custom and income tax.
According to the roster, a division bench, headed by Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi and Justice Zafar Ahmed Rajput, will hear customs and income tax related cases including those which were filed by Enshaan NLC Development (Private) Limited, M/s Abdul Khaliq Ind, M/s Sui Southern Gas Company Limited, M/s United Towel Exporters (Private) Limited, M/s KBS Steel Furnace, M/s Ilyas Steel Re-Rolling Mills, M/s Mariam Enterprises & others, Customs & Sales Tax Practitioners Association and others.
Another bench, comprising Justice Nadeem Akhtar and Justice Muhammad Faisal Kamal, will take up more than 18 cases, including those which filed by Gul Jan, M/s Apparel Pvt Ltd, Ssang Yong Engineering & Construction, M/s Bulls Eye Communication Pvt Ltd, M/s Welfare Association of Field and Ors, M/s Syngenta Pakistan Ltd and others. The court will resume hearing of case after boycott of lawyers.
