SHC will take up 25 customs & income tax related cases today

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday (today) will take up more than 25 customs and income tax related cases.

According to the roaster, only one bench comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Yousuf Ali Sayed will take up the cases due to summer vacations.

As per the cause list, the court will take up those cases which were filed by M/s Gerry Dnata (Private) Limited vs Director, Customs Intelligence and Investigations and others, M/s Viper Technology (Private) Limited vs Federation of Pakistan and others, Pacific Exim (Private) Limited vs Federation of Pakistan and others, AGVEN (Private) Limited vs Federation of Pakistan and others, Kausar Parveen vs M/s. Silk Bank Limited and others, Directorate General of Customs Intelligence and Investigations vs Sheikh Ameen and others, Miss Sara Ali vs Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical College and Shahrukh vs Federation of Pakistan and Others, Heinz Pakistan (Private) Limited vs Federation of Pakistan and others, Abdul Rehman vs Federation of Pakistan and others, Muhammad Hussain Qureshi vs Mrs Mumtaz Muzakkir and others.

According to the Sindh High Court’s (SHC) office, intimation notices were issued to the parties for attending the court and filing their respective para wise comments.
