SHC will take up 95 customs, income tax related cases today

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) today will take up more than 95 customs and income tax related cases.

According to the roaster, one bench comprised Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Arshad Hussain Khan and another comprised Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Muhammad Junaid Ghaffar.

According to the Sindh High Court’s (SHC) office, intimation notices were issued to the parties concerned to attend the court and and file their respective para wise comments.

At another side, Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling Court Judge Syed Faiz Rasood Rashdi will also take more than 18 customs and income tax related cases.

According to the cause list, regular hearing, prosecution evidences and confirmation of bail applications were included in these cases; custom court office has already issued notices to the both sides’ parties and investigation officers for attending the court on Monday (today).
