LAHORE: The shuttle service has been started at Wagah border to facilitate the passengers traveling from Pakistan to India.
After suicide attack at Wagah border, security forces had restricted all private vehicles to drop passengers near the first gate due to security problems. Passengers had to cover a long distance on foot to reach the Passengers Facilitation Center (PFC) after the security measures.
Talking to Customs Today, passengers appreciated the shuttle service started by Pakistan. They added that it was difficult to cover the distance with heavy luggage from check post to PFC.
