SIAL office bearers assume the charge of their offices

SIALKOT: The newly elected Chairman of Sialkot International Airport Limited (SIAL) Engineer Khawar Anwar Khawaja and Vice Chairman Muhammad Suhail Asghar, assumed the charge of their offices during a prestigious ceremony held at SIAL Secretariat here.

SIAL’s outgoing Chairman Malik Muhammad Ashraf and Vice Chairman Naeem Yousaf  handed over the charge to the newly elected office bearers.

Afghan route closure weighs on Pakistan-Central Asia trade, exports fall 9%, imports plunge 88%

According to the SIAL’s Media Manager Abdul Shakur Mirza, Maj-Gen (r) Mir Haider Ali Khan (the CEO of SIAL), SIAL’s former Chairmen Mian Muhammad Riaz, Babar Iqbal, Ghulam Mustafa Chaudhary, Muhammad Naeem Akhtar, Sheikh Muhammad Yaqub  , former VC Haji Aftab Barlas, former Presidents of Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry(SCCI) Sheikh tahir Majeed Kapur and Zulfiqar Hassan Bhatti and SIAL Directors also attended this ceremony. Maj-Gen (r) Mir Haider Ali Khan(the CEO of SIAL) garlanded the newly elected office bearers.

On this occasion, the participants highly hailed the meritorious services of SIAL’s outgoing Chairman Malik Muhammad Ashraf  and VC Naeem Yousaf   rendered  for the promotion and unmatched success of Sialkot international airport.

Sialkot based leading exporter Khawar Anwar Khawaja was elected as the Chairman of Sialkot International Airport Limited (SIAL) during the recently held Annual General Meeting (AGM) of SIAL.

He had also been the former President of Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry(SCCI) and former Chairman of Sialkot Dry Port Trust (SDPT).

Addressing the participants,  the newly elected SIAL Chairman Khawar Anwar Khawaja vowed to make all out sincere efforts for the further success of the project of Sialkot international airport.
