Sialkot Collector Ahmed Reza reshuffles staff of three depts

SIALKOT: The Collector Customs, Model Customs Collectorate (MCC) Sialkot, Ahmed Reza Khan has transferred the staff of the Rebate Refund, Anti-Smuggling Organization and Recovery Departments.

Reportedly, the collector issued a notification in this regard with immediate effect.

The collector transferred Customs Rebate Refund Assistant Imtiaz Cheema to the Customs Preventive assigning his duty at the Sialkot International Airport Limited (SIAL). He also transferred Assistant Rashid Mehmood from the Recovery Department to the Rebate Refund Department, Sialkot Customs Camp Office.

After getting the notices of their transfers, the employees have assumed their new charges while the transferred employees will perform their duty as assistants. However, the collector has given the additional charge of the Recovery Department to Assistant Babar Malik who is also performing his duty at the Anti-Smuggling Organization (ASO) Sialkot with Assistant Collector Ali Mohatashim Minhas.

Meanwhile, Inspector Asad will perform his duty at the Sialkot International Airport Limited (SIAL) under the supervision of Deputy Collector Waheed Anwar Abro. Assistant Collector Fahad Bashir Choudhary will be incharge of the Rebate Refund, Duty Drawback and Import Duty as well as he will also look after the official affairs.

Inspector Aamir Shafique will look after the legal matters of the department whereas Inspector Sheikh Ikram will perform his duty at the Sialkot Dry Port Trust (SDPT) in Export Shed. However, Inspectors Amjad Mayo and Rashid will perform their duty at the Anti-Smuggling Organization. Additional Collector Faiz Ali will be head of all the departments and provide daily reports of the departments to Collector Ahmed Reza.
