SIALKOT: The Customs department has decided to clear single item consignments with the help of scanners.

Talking to Customs Today, Deputy Collector Waheed Anwar Abro said that the consignments clearance process is very effective through WeBOC systems and the Customs Department is not detaining any consignment without reason but the new scanner system will be fruitful for early clearance of consignments at sea port after loading from dry ports whereas this system will much better for importers.
