SIALKOT: The officials of the Customs Preventive have recovered bullets from a passenger’s luggage at the Sialkot International Airport Limited (SIAL).
Sources told Customs Today that during routine checking, officials of Customs Preventive found four pistol bullets hidden in leather bag of a passenger. The accused has been identified as Sajjad who is a resident of Kharian. He was travelling to Dubia via Sialkot International Airport Limited.
The customs teams seized the pistol bullets and handed him over to police. During the initial interrogation, the accused revealed that he has petty dispute with his brother and he was not aware about keeping illegal items in his bag.
The police have registered a case against the suspect and further investigations are underway in this regard.
