Sialkot excise seals 219 properties, impounds 190 vehicles during crackdown

SIALKOT: Excise and Taxation Department ETO Muzzafar Qayyum Chaudhary has said that at least 219 properties have been sealed and 190 vehicles are impounded during a crackdown in the district.

Talking to Customs Today, he said that a campaign against tax evaders is in full swing and excise teams are performing their duties in different areas of the district. He said that the properties and vehicles of MNAs, influential persons and government officials are also sealed and impounded by the excise teams. He said that the department has already tightened noose around the tax evaders and would not spare any defaulter.
