Sialkot FIA arrests five human smugglers, travel agent

SIALKOT: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Gujranwala has nabbed five red book accused, including human traffickers and owner of a travel agency.

Reportedly, FIA Deputy Director Khalid Anees constituted a team under the supervision of Sub-Inspector Mohsin Butt to arrest culprits. The official along with his team conducted raid in Soyianwala and nabbed three human traffickers named Akram Shah, Shafique Shah and Asif Shah.

They sent many people abroad, especially Turkey, Japan, Russia, Uk, Middles East etc. on fake visas and document after extorting huge amount from them.

Meanwhile, Sub-Inspector Malik Nasir arrested two human traffickers named Tanveer Mehmood and Amir Butt. In another incident, Sub-Inspector Rana Mostahsin Khan along with his team raided a travel agency on Sialkot Road and nabbed its owner Muhammad Akhtar and recovered 11 Pakistani Passports, letter pads of various embassies and other documents.

The teams also recovered fake visas, documents, stamps and letter pads of several embassies and foreign currency. The FIA registered cases against the accused persons.
