SIALKOT: The Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) has sealed as many as three hotels in Gujranwala for the nonpayment of their sales tax.
According to the senior officials, the PRA teams have sealed New City Top Hotel GT Road Gujranwala, Punjab Hotel General Bus Stand Gujranwala and Tower Hotel Adda Gondalaanwala on the directives of the Commissioner Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) Gujranwala Abdul Jawaad.
These hotels had no sales tax registration and were reluctant to pay the prescribed sales tax there ignoring all the reminders of authorities in this regard.
