SIALKOT: The Punjab government has announced Sialkot and Sahiwal as big cities, which will be included in over Rs120 billion worth of Big City Project.
Official sources told APP on Sunday, the internationally recognised agencies are finalising their study on city development and planning of Sialkot and hopefully the study will be completed shortly.
Under the big city project all basic facilities especially civic amenities would be ensured in Sialkot and it is expected that development work of mega big city project will be monitored by the international agency, sources said.
