Sindh High Court will hear 35 cases related to customs, income tax today

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday will take up more than 35 cases related to customs and income tax.

According to the roster, a division bench, headed by Justice Irfan Sadat Khan and Justice Arshad Hussain Khan, will hear customs and income tax related cases which were filed by M/s Milergo Pakistan Limited, M/s Apparel (Pvt) Limited, Director of Customs Valuation vs Javed Garments, Director of Customs Valuation vs Hadi International, Director of Customs Valuation vs International Tradinc Co, Director of Customs Valuation vs Ayan Enterprises, Director of Customs Valuation vs Salma’s & Sons, Director of Customs Valuation vs Daniyal Enterprises, Director of Customs Valuation vs W A Trading, Director of Customs Valuation vs J.B Shoes, Director of Customs Valuation vs Jeans Junctions, Director of Customs Valuation vs The Times, Director of Customs Valuation vs S.A Enterprises, Director of Customs Valuation vs Miller Trading, Director of Customs Valuation vs Iqbal & Sons, Director of Customs Valuation vs Muhammad Yusuf Traders, Director of Customs Valuation vs Nafeesa Trading, M/s Legend International (Pvt) Limited, M/s Imperial Glass & Tiles, Jangda Industries, Al – Noor Fertilizing Industries, Con-Cast Steel Ind (Pvt) Ltd, Director of Customs Valuation vs Sober Collection, Director of Customs Valuation vs Syed Muhammad & Sons Trading Company, Director of Customs Valuation vs Salam Trading Company, Director of Customs Valuation vs Qasar Ul Urooj Trading, M/s SIGMA Refrigeration Limited and others.
