SINGAPORE: Heroin weighing 936g and 147g of ‘Ice’ were seized in an operation to nab a suspected drug trafficker around Tech Whye Lane.
Cash of S$1,000 was also recovered, said the Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) in a statement here the other day. The street value of the drugs is estimated to be more than S$90,000.
The amount seized is enough to sustain the addiction of about 440 heroin abusers for a week, said CNB.
During the operation, CNB officers arrested a suspected Singaporean drug trafficker and male Malaysian suspected drug offender.
