Singapore invests $26,00m in Pasir Panjang terminal project to improve port system

SINGAPORE: Singapore has invested more than two thousand 600 million dollars in the Pasir Panjang terminal project, as part of the many actions to expand and improve its port system.

Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong during the inauguration of Phases third and fourth, stressed the importance of increasing the capacity of this installation, in order to maintain the country’s position as the world’s largest transhipment hub and to increase the maritime linkages with Asia, Europe and the United States.
